  • Delivery Costs and Timings
    All items will be despatched by first class post the same day (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) as long as the order is received before 2pm. Orders placed after this time will be sent out the following working day. P&P will be confirmed at the check out.
    If we are experiencing any difficulties in fulfilling your order, we will contact you to advise you of an expected delivery date.

  • Packaging
    All items will be discreetly packaged.

  • Contacting us
    When you shop on the Clearblue shopping website, it is our aim to provide you with the highest quality service.   • Returning goods
    If you are unhappy with the goods you have received, a full refund will be given if the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receiving them. All goods must be returned to us for inspection before a refund can be given. All returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you send all returned goods via a traceable means e.g. recorded delivery.

  • All goods are inspected for faults before leaving our premises. However, if upon receipt of goods any item is faulty or damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge, provided we are notified within 7 working days after receipt of the goods, and the goods are returned to us within 14 days. You lose the right to a refund if the product has been tampered with by you, the purchaser.

If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to clearblueonlineshop@motivationmarketing.co.uk and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
