How To Shop
Browse the on-line shop by using the product links on the left hand side, or using the quick links such as the My Shopping button. You can usually find the item you want just 1 or 2 clicks away from the homepage.
When you have found the item you want, you can add it to your Shopping Basket by simply clicking on the Order button, (this will automatically update your shopping list) - you are then able to continue shopping or progress straight to the checkout.
My Shopping
My Shopping is all about making shopping on the Clearblue On-Line shop easy and hassle free!
After you have visited the site for the first time, My Shopping will automatically recall your personal details (name and delivery address) and the items you have previously ordered. Enabling you to re-order your items in a single click!
Before you can use the My Shopping facility, you must first register your details. It only takes two minutes and only needs to be done once. To complete the form you will need to tell us a few things about yourself including the address that your credit or debit card is registered to and where you want your order delivered to (if different). Don't worry - all these details are securely held and you'll need to use your password to come back and access your pages again!
Checkout
Just before you pay, you will need to confirm you are happy with the total price including P&P. If you have chosen not to use the My Shopping facility you will need to let us know your delivery address details and contact number.
Delivery will normally be the next working day for orders received before 2 pm (Monday to Friday) and 2 days for orders received after 2pm. Once you have checked and confirmed all your details are correct, just enter your credit or debit card details, press SUBMIT and you're done! We'll send you an e-mail confirming your order has been received and another to let you know that the products have been despatched, you should receive your goods shortly afterwards. Happy Shopping!!
